about the artist:

short story:

An artist will always be an artist!  ever since, i've always been fond of drawing. i like beautiful things.... though as a child ,i never thought it will my profession.. being a stylist is a destiny for me...it took me 7 years in college to earn a degree in pulmonary therapy and occupational therapy but the allure of the beauty industry caught me... ,

i started working at bcbg salon, a prime salon in the heart of makati. with top stylist in the country  like teng roma, crispin and lucy britanico, henri calayag etc. . these people taught me the basic foundation, skills and knowledge in this industry.

after two years experience in bcbg i moved to emphasis salon in rockwell and stayed for 3 years and now currently working in emphasis salon at the manila peninsula hotel.....from hospital to  beauty salon, from clinic to technical center such as loreal, framesi, wella, tigi, davines, schwarzkopf and school in malaysia.. the rest is history...

my principle:

not all can be a good hair and make up artist, even if you attended formal schooling  and training or have the best tools and products needed, one should also  have the passion and natural talent. you have to love your work!

for tri media jobs, a good stylist can maximize the different persona of a model. variation and complexities should be delivered in hair and make up. and for occasions like weddings, debut and social events - natural beauty is the goal. beautiful but still the same person.. an expert should know what is best, the trend and style that can fit perfectly for each individual..

even if you are the best! attitude and profesionalism counts a lot.....

if you are paying for  a premium price...expect that the products and tools to be used are top of the line, but  the reason above all are the skills and talent  - that's what you are paying for!
